Returns & Shipping


You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are estimated to arrive 7 - 10 business days after being placed.

We are not currently shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, but we hope to be soon! Subscribe to our mailing list for updates on international ordering.

Cancellation & Order Change Policy

Once your order is submitted, we coordinate our inventory accordingly, so please reach out to us at as soon as possible so we can try to change it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange after it arrives to you.

Blanket Return Policy

Returns requested within 30 days of receipt will be honored for a full refund in the form of original payment once the product has been received back at our warehouse. Items must be returned unopened (in their original bag - you can open your box) and undamaged, just like you received them. 

If your item(s) has a manufacturing defect or damage you can return within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. 

Please note that customers will bear the responsibility of return shipping costs, and should address returns to the warehouse address listed on your shipping label.

E-cards for Gravity Blankets are non-refundable.
