Returns & Shipping


All pre-orders placed before November 1 are estimated to ship in time for holiday season, 2017. For orders placed after November 1, you can expect your blanket to arrive in January 2018. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are estimated to arrive within 10 - 15  business days of shipment.

We are not currently shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, but we hope to be soon! Subscribe to our mailing list for updates on international ordering.

Cancellation & Order Change Policy

Once your order is submitted, we coordinate our inventory accordingly, so please reach out to us at as soon as possible so we can try to change it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange after it arrives to you.

Blanket Return Policy

Items must be returned unopened (in their original bag - you can open your box) and undamaged, just like you received them.

Returns made within 7 days of delivery date will be issued a full refund in the form of original payment. Returns made within 8-14 days will be issued as future credit for Gravity products.

If your item(s) has a manufacturing defect or damage you can return within 30 days of purchase for an exchange. 

Please note that customers will bare the responsibility of return shipping costs, and should address returns to the warehouse address listed on your shipping label.

E-cards for Gravity Blankets are non-refundable.
