Eight years ago, a Kickstarter community of 21,000 people funded the first Gravity Blanket in three weeks. The ones on the market were thin and rattly and hot. We thought a weighted blanket should feel like the kind of hug you didn't know you were waiting for.

What we're still doing is the same thing we were doing then. Making the version that actually works. Listening to what people post about the others. Fixing the things they complain about. Holding the line on what makes a weighted blanket worth keeping.

Most weighted blankets get sent back because they overheat. Ours uses a moisture-wicking inner shell — tested 4–6° cooler at the skin than competitors.
