Start with roughly 10% of your body weight. If you're between sizes, go lighter — the calming effect kicks in even at lower weights, and a too-heavy blanket can feel restrictive instead of restful.

Most exchanges are for a lower weight, not a higher one. The 60-day weight exchange is on us if you guess wrong.

The Original comes in a single size (72" × 48") at 15 lb, 20 lb, or 25 lb. The Queen/King size comes in 35 lb only — landed on after rounds of testing as the weight that grounds without overwhelming over a larger footprint.

Yes — for ages 7+ at the right weight. Children should never use a weighted blanket heavier than 10% of their body weight. We make Gravity Kids — a 10 lb blanket sized for kids 50–75 lb, with a 3 lb weighted plush included.

The full-size Original is not recommended for anyone under 50 lb. If you have questions about a specific child, please reach out.

The Queen/King 35 lb is built for two — sized 80" × 87" so weight is properly distributed across both sleepers. The single-size Original is best used by one person at a time; weight isn't evenly experienced when shared.

The duvet cover is machine washable. We recommend hand-washing the weighted insert.

Remove the cover, machine wash in cold water with similar colors, non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry on low, cool iron if needed. Dry cleaning is also fine.

Weight comes from fine-grade glass beads in 4 cm² gridded pockets — distributed evenly, with no migration.

All materials are hypoallergenic. None are treated with antimicrobial or anti-stain chemicals.

Overheating is the most common reason people send weighted blankets back. Our Original uses a moisture-wicking inner shell and a removable plush cover designed for airflow — tested 4–6° cooler at the skin than competitors.

If you run especially hot, look at The Classic Cooling — same grounded weight, breathable shell built for warmer sleepers.

Our distribution center is fast — orders are usually on the line within the hour. Cancellations and address changes rarely can be made before shipping. If you spot a mistake on your address, contact FedEx with the tracking number once you receive it. Once delivered, you can return or exchange as normal.

Most orders ship within one business day. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a FedEx tracking number.

Standard delivery within the continental US: 2–8 business days. Alaska and Hawaii: 10 business days. Canada: 15 business days. Customized orders take an extra 3–5 days for embroidery.

From our site, we currently only ship to the US and Canada (no APO/FPO/PO boxes — the blanket is too heavy).

Yes — we offer afree weight exchange within 60 days. Most returns are wrong-weight, not wrong-product. We'd rather get you to the right weight than have you return it.

Sleep masks arenon-refundable and non-returnableonce shipped, for hygiene reasons (they're hand-wash only and we can't resell). Defective masks are always replaced — email us.
