Will I overheat?
The Gravity Blanket uses 100% cotton and glass micro-beads, not synthetic fill. Glass doesn't retain heat the way polyester does. Plus, the moisture-wicking inner shell is designed to pull humidity away from the body so the blanket stays dry — and so do you.

How do I choose the right weight?
Start with about 10% of your body weight. The weight option on each blanket lists the range it is best for.
What does it feel like?
A soft, even hug. Fine glass beads are sewn into small pockets so the weight stays put without shifting or bunching.

Weighted blankets are for people who can move the blanket off themselves. Use the weight guide and do not use an adult blanket for a young child.
