BarOur recommendation is to select a blanket weight that is around 10% of the intended user’s body weight, unless you strongly feel you want something heavier or lighter. If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights as the typical customer exchange is for a blanket of a lower weight. Our Queen/King blanket comes in 35lbs and is only available in one weight. Our team landed on this weight after thorough rounds of product testing and consumer surveying, which included both lighter and heavier weights. Due to the blanket being so much bigger than the original 72” x 48” sizing, we chose a weight that wouldn't overwhelm you during use, while still giving you the comforting grounding experience that Gravity Blankets are known for. The blanket is not recommended for anyone under the weight of 50 lbs, though we may consider another option for this in future.
Just like our best-selling Weighted Sleep Mask, the Heating/Cooling Weighted Sleep Mask uses the same science behind our Gravity Blankets to give your face the perfect pressure stimulation. This Heating/Cooling Weighted Sleep Mask features upgraded materials in the weighted inner (50/50 glass bead / sea salt mix) to allow for the temperature adjustments as outlined below. The outer mask shell is made of a silky, luxurious charmeuse.THE WEIGHTED DESIGNThe patented design distributes 1 lb. of weighted pressure to key pressure points on the face – on areas surrounding the eyes tied to relaxation. This 'deep touch pressure stimulation' increases serotonin and melatonin, the hormones responsible for relaxation, and decreases cortisol, the hormone responsible for stress.THE HEATING & COOLING FEATURETo get the ultimate relaxation possible during use, we’ve designed the weighted insert to be heated in the microwave or frozen in the freezer. Simply follow the instructions on the packaging or in the FAQs below, and be prepared to enter a state of ultimate comfort.FAQs:How do I use the Heating/Cooling Weighted Sleep Mask? How long should I heat/cool it?Before heating or freezing the mask, please ensure you’re removing the weighted insert from the outer charmeuse shell. DO NOT HEAT OR FREEZE THE SHELL.FOR COLD COMPRESS USAGE: Freeze the weighted insert for 60-90 minutes. If colder temperature is desired, add additional time in the freezer. Once removed from the freezer, place it back into the outer shell and apply the full mask to your face.FOR HOT COMPRESS USAGE: Place weighted insert in microwave for 20-30 seconds (based on 800 Watt microwave) to start. From there, add additional time if a hotter temperature is desired. When removing the mask from the microwave, be careful as the weighted insert will be hot. We recommend using oven mitts or a towel as needed.In addition to following these instructions, we recommend reading the safety precautions in the next FAQ before use.Are there any other safety considerations I should be aware of?This mask is for external use only, and should only be used under adult supervision. Setting up your new mattress is easy. Your mattress has been machine rolled and compressed for efficient delivery to your home and will not affect its performance.Step 1: After removing the compressed mattress from the box place it on the bed frame where your mattress will ultimately be so you don’t have to move it after it decompresses.Step 2: Carefully remove the outer plastic cover with scissors. Exercise care and remove the plastic cover by hand.Step 3: Gently pull the compressed product to unroll it. At this point, you may need to flip it over so the underside of the mattress is on the bed frame.Step 4: Carefully trim the inner plastic cover with scissors to start the mattress decompression.Gently pull away the inner plastic cover and discardTipsPlease allow 24 to 72 hours for your Mattress to regain its full shape.In cold temperature, at delivery, your mattress may take a bit longer to return to full sized from its compressed state.Once the mattress is unrolled and placed on your bed, allow it to recover naturally before making your bed.Leave the mattress uncovered during the first few days, allowing the air in your home to circulate around the product. Airing Out Your MattressFoam mattresses typically have a mild residual scent distinct to the product when new. This is sometimes heightened when delivered during cold weather.Some consumers are sensitive to odor, and while we understand it might be irritating, It is in no way harmful or unhealthy. It will quickly dissipate as the mattress is used daily, allowing the open cells to expel the “processing” air and take in new air. Mattress CleaningShould you spill something on your mattress, blot the stain immediately. If the spill is large and the mattress deeply soaked, blot the excess moisture using terry towels and pressure until the area is no longer drenched.Never use chlorine bleach or other harsh chemicals to clean the mattress or cover. For spot cleaning, only use a water based cleaning product and never deeply drench the mattress. Mattress CareUse a lightweight protective mattress pad designed to work with a foam mattresses. This will keep your mattress fresh and free from stainsYour mattress should always be placed on a good quality foundation – an improper foundation may cause sagging. Also, if you have a queen or king sized mattress a center support is recommended.We DO NOT recommend use of an electric blanket or electric pad with this mattress. Prolonged usage of an electric blanket or pad, at high heat may damage the mattress and impact its ability to reduce pressure and stress properly.Do not remove your mattress law tag – The label serves as a means of identification should you have a warranty claim.

For children, the guardian or caregiver will need to use discretion as to whether-or-not the Gravity Blanket can be used without risk. Gravity Kids should never be used as a form of punishment or restraint. Failure to follow these instructions could result in suffocation.Potential Choking Hazard: The glass beads used to weight the Gravity Blanket may be a choking hazard for young children. To protect against this, please ensure young children do not use blankets that are damaged, as the likelihood of glass beads becoming accessible is greater. We recommend checking for damages before and after hand washing your blanket.
Over the years, our blankets and products have gone through many iterations and improvements. One of the changes we have made is that we have added additional buttons and ties to the second generation of our blankets, and a zipper fastening system for our newest generation of blankets. As such, our products may have a different amount of ties and buttons depending on when you purchased. Our duvet covers for individual purchase (see list below) have the same amount of ties as our earlier runs of the blanket and are considered “first generation”. However, they accommodate both 1st and 2nd Generation weighted inners. The proper attachments can be found in each corner of the weighted inner blanket and duvet cover, as well as the middle of the longer sides. Once they line-up in these places, properly secure them and the duvet cover will function properly. This means that if you order a duvet cover, it may not have the same amount of ties and buttons as on your weighted inner blanket, but it will still work properly for 1st and 2nd Generation blankets. The Gravity Cooling Blanket leverages the same weighted technology as our Original Gravity Blanket, but adds a new duvet cover made of special technical fabrics to keep you comfortable during use.The Gravity Cooling Blanket is built with two layers like our Original Blanket – a duvet cover (outer shell) and weighted inner blanket. The duvet cover is built with a special technical fabric that is breathable and moisture wicking, keeping you comfortable when sleeping or relaxing with it. The weighted interior helps to calm the nervous system by engaging key relaxation pressure points, stimulating points on the body linked to improved sleep, mood, and relaxation. The weighted inner uses glass beads for weight. All materials used by Gravity Products are hypoallergenic. In addition, our products are not treated with antimicrobial/anti-stain chemicals.Please refer to our FAQ about the materials used to compose our products for further clarification.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot cancel your order.Our distribution center is very efficient and will have an order on the line within the hour of the order being placed. Therefore, asking for an address change or cancellation rarely can happen before the order ships out. We are typically not able to change addresses once the order is confirmed.If you are attempting to update your address, we ask that you contact your shipping provider once you are emailed the tracking number.If your order has already been delivered, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you (30-day blanket and duvet cover return policy can be found here.) Unless there is a defect or extenuating circumstances, the Weighted Sleep Mask is a non-refundable and non-returnable item once the item leaves our distribution center. This is because the mask is hand-wash only and therefore not something we can take back once delivered for hygienic reasons. 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTYGravity Products LLC warrants your Mattress, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. During this warranty period, if the product is deemed to be defective, our responsibility for the defective product is limited to repair or replacement as stated below. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser during the entire warranty period. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects subject to specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal breaking in, or in the case of visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recovery aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. Should an improper base be utilized by the consumer, causing the product to default, the warranty may be voided. It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain the foundation and provide appropriate support for the mattress. We recommend the purchase of a foundation at the time of mattress purchase.This limited warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring, platform or frame. If such a defect appears during the ten (10) years of this warranty, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the mattress at a handling cost to be paid by the purchaser. This warranty does not include handles, as handles are to be used only for adjustment purposes and are not intended to be used to lift, turn or transport the product. If a model has been discontinued we will replace it with a mattress of equal or better value at our option. The zippered cover on the mattress is warranted for two (2) years for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. Do not use a heating pad or electric blanket with this mattress as it will void this warranty. It is recommended that the consumer protects the mattress with a stain resistant mattress protector.This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice and it does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. The law tag must not be removed from the original product as this identifies the product. The original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. As with all premium sleep products certain body conformity adaptations will take place as your mattress adapts to your particular body shape and type and any peculiarities in your spinal alignment or bone structure. This is to be expected and is part of the performance of your mattress. We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this product. We do not warrant individual comfort preferences, sheet fit or height issues resulting from purchaser’s bed frame size or headboard style. Should this warranty be exercised and your product replaced and/ or repaired, the duration of the warranty will not be extended or restarted.WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
